Job Description:

As a Sales Intern at Beyoul, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in various tasks related to client interactions, database management, and sales strategy. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in the real estate market and gain hands-on experience in B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Database Management:

Update, maintain, and develop our HubSpot database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Assist in data entry, lead tracking, and overall database optimization.

Sales Strategy Meetings:

Participate in sales strategy meetings to gain insights into our sales processes and contribute ideas for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare Reports and assist with Presentations for Sales & Strategy Meetings

Client-Facing Tasks:

Assist with client interactions and communications, providing support to the sales team in delivering exceptional service.

Contribute to the creation of client proposals, presentations, and other materials.

Sales-Related Duties:

Aid in the execution of various sales tasks, including market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation.

Work closely with team members on special projects and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Assist with the creation of Communication Assets (e.g. Newsletters)

Proofread, Translations

Requirements:

German as first language and Professional English are mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies.
