Reto Schleier is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in Economics and Business from the Universities of Zurich and St. Gallen. He has spent almost a decade working in the start-up sector, building successful teams and launching new companies. Reto is a Co-Founder and former Managing Partner of Aquilas Company Builder, where he oversaw various projects including the co-living venture Ariv. He has also served as CEO of a rapidly-growing restaurant chain and holds several board positions. Reto currently leads strategy and real estate at beyoul. When he’s not working, Reto can often be found running trails or climbing peaks in the mountains during the summer and backcountry skiing in the winter, with Flims as his second home base. email@example.com
Michela Pittaluga has a PhD from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. Since 2007, she has worked in the luxury industry to promote innovation, digital transformation, and growth in rapidly expanding companies. Previously, she held positions as the Business Unit Director of Art at YSDS, an international logistics company, and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Arcual, a sister company of Art Basel. At beyoul, Michela oversees the company's entire marketing and communication strategy. Aside from her professional achievements, Michela is also an avid skier who has been hitting the slopes since she was three years old. Nowadays, she enjoys skiing with her young daughters. With over a decade of experience in sales, relationship management, and growth consulting for family offices focused on real estate projects, Steve Zosso has a diverse background. He began his career as a sales manager at HUGO BOSS in the premium fashion industry before transitioning to head the co-branding department at SIGG Switzerland, a CPG firm. Steve later advised a Mexican family office on growth strategies for real estate investments. Before joining beyoul, he helped launch a new wellbeing project at MCH Group. At beyoul he is esponsible for Sales and Customer Relations. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling and discovering new destinations through food. His preferred destination in Switzerland is Zermatt, where he enjoys snowboarding with friends. Christian, a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, international management, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Chris began his career at Oliver Wyman, a renowned international management consultancy, where he gained expertise in corporate strategy. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to the aviation industry, where he played a pivotal role in building and managing companies both in Switzerland and abroad for reputable organizations such as SR Technics and RUAG. Currently serving as CEO at Aquilas Company Builder since 2022, Chris spearheads the strategic direction for established ventures and leverages his extensive experience in company building to drive growth and success for new ventures. His commitment to innovation and entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable asset to beyoul. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys exploring scenic landscapes on his road bike or immersing himself in the cosy ambience of rustic grotinos. A well-rehearsed management team with start-up experience beyoul is the latest venture of the company builder Aquilas. As a company builder, Aquilas launches and scales innovative concepts in Switzerland in the field of global urban trends: Living, Working & 3rd Places. Aquilas supports beyoul with its know-how and processes of systematic and efficient company building as well as the staffing of an optimal management team.
From 2008 to 2014, Simon Schrämli worked as a founder and managing director in a venture capital company. In 2012, he founded dean&david Schweiz GmbH, which he led as CEO until 2016. Since 2015, his founding activities have been focused on Aquilas Company Builder AG, whose work in developing new business models has given rise to Workspace Holding (Schweiz) AG, among others. At beyoul, he brings his many years of experience in fundraising & sales.
Martin Osen studied business administration with a focus on marketing/communication at HS Pforzheim. After working in digital and strategic marketing, including management positions at Hubert Burda Media and IPG, one of the world's largest agency networks, he joined Aquilas Company Builder AG as CMO in 2019. At beyoul, he is responsible for the commercial orientation of the company.
Kilian Bründler completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2018. In parallel to his Master's degree, he was responsible for the development and and standardisation of the Bionic sports franchise before joining the Aquilas Company in 2020. Since then, he has been working as a Process Manager & Venture Architect on the conceptualisation and implementation of new ventures. At beyoul, Kilian Bründler is responsible for the operational implementation of the processes.
Vinh Pham Dang studied communication design with a focus on branding and video production at SUPSI in Lugano. After years in a full-service agency, start-ups in the technology sector and as a freelancer, he has been responsible for design processes and brand development as Art Director at Aquilas Company Builder AG since 2017. Here, he and the Aquilas team realise market-ready lifestyle brands every year. At beyoul, he brings his multidisciplinary design expertise to the table and is responsible for design and UX.
