The workload and environment are fast paced, exciting and rewarding: 
  • Ongoing market analysis and validation of regional acquisition profiles.

  • Support in maintaining the acquisition pipeline.

  • Support in approaching sellers, or their representatives and holistically coordinate the selection process from enquiry to viewing.

  • Preparation of investment recommendations/proposals and regular presentation to the Investment Committee.

  • Support in the preparation of internal and external presentation material.

We have the following requirements: 
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, real estate or a similar field.

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of real estate, transaction management, controlling or finance (working student/internships).

  • You have the ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, either as part of a team or independently, and to set priorities in such a way that you can always meet deadlines.

  • You have an excellent analytical and structured way of working.

  • You are fluent in German, English.

  • Very good MS Office skills are required.
