Casa Dado is a newly constructed building that replaces two houses in Flims Dorf's old village centre. The building's plaster and wood exterior blend in flawlessly with the surrounding architecture. The garden apartment, located in the rear wing of the building, faces away from the street, providing privacy and peace. The spacious rooms feature high ceilings and are tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. The kitchen is designed to be both timeless and easy to clean, complete with all necessary appliances, ample storage space, and work surfaces.

Additionally, a storage room accessible from the apartment will be provided to store each co-owner's personal belongings in individual storage boxes.
