The cozy 3.5 room apartment is located slightly above the center of Zermatt. Up here you live quiet and idyllic and yet are only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Zermatt's Bahnhofstrasse. The valley station of the Sunnegga cable car is about 10 minutes walk away, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The house is accessible via a staircase.

The apartment of approx. 83 m2 has a spacious living area with closed kitchen, including a small storage room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen as well as the bathroom were partly renovated in 2019. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony, from where you have a wonderful view of the Matterhorn.

To the apartment belongs a private cellar, as well as a ski room and a laundry room, which are available for communal use.

About the region

Zermatt is situated at 1'620 m above sea level and is world famous for its local mountain, the Matterhorn. But also its special character, its friendly inhabitants and their traditions make this village in the Upper Valais unique.

The center is easily accessible from the apartment. Zermatt itself is car-free and can be reached with a special permit via the Täsch-Zermatt road or with the Matterhorn-Gotthard railroad from Täsch. The Täsch-Zermatt connection runs around the clock from Thursday to Sunday. The rest of the week until midnight. In the village itself, transportation is by electric cab or horse-drawn carriage.

Zermatt offers a very generous range of leisure activities. Not only sports enthusiasts enjoy the wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, hiking and golfing, but also those interested in culture get their money's worth. Zermatt is a dream destination for everyone.
