From the underground car park you can get directly to the underground valley station of the private gondola lift. About 100m higher is the gondola top station. From there you get directly to the first floor. The 3-storey house is located on the south slope on a plot of land of about 1000m2. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with their own bathroom next to the large wellness area. Wihrlpool, sauna, cold water pool and recreation room as well as a covered outdoor terrace (with a view of the fantastic mountain scenery) invite you to relax. The staircase leads to the upper floor where you enter the large living/dining room. The kitchen is located on the east side and has behind the kitchen combination a very practical Reduit. The dining table is perfectly installed on the glass front with east and south views. A spacious entrance hall as well as a guest toilet and an additional room/office are also located on the upper floor. From the office there is a direct exit to the garden. The light-flooded high living room offers an exceptional view of the Lower Engadine mountains. An indoor fireplace is also available for those cozy hours. From the living room you can reach the outside terrace and the garden. A covered seating area with outdoor fireplace is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view in peace and quiet.

The interior staircase leads to the open gallery of the attic. At the back of the attic are two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

About the region

At 1650 meters above sea level lies Ftan, the sun terrace in the Lower Engadine.

The former villages of Guarda, Ardez, Ftan, Sent and Tarasp are now fractions of the fusion community of Scuol. The former Scuol is the main town of the Lower Engadine and fulfills many functions for the whole region. A comprehensive infrastructure also makes Scuol a tourist center.

Thanks to the more than 20 mineral springs that rise in the region, Scuol was already known centuries ago. Today, everyone can still obtain mineral water free of charge from the village fountain. The pristine landscape with the tranquil, cozy Engadine villages offers a rich Romanesque culture with its historic buildings.

Ftan is the only village in the Lower Engadine with direct access to the skiing area. The chair lift Ftan - Prui brings you quickly and reliably up the mountain directly to the skiing/or hiking area Motta Naluns. The children's area with magic carpet at the edge of the village makes it easier for beginners to get started in skiing. Restaurants and hotels as well as the High Alpine Institute are available as infrastructure. In Scuol, 10 minutes by car (or by post bus) away, all shopping wishes can be fulfilled.
